Furnace

• Vacuum out debris, inspect burners for cracks, clean debris out of transition channels (if applicable), clean burner manifold and orifices
• Clean flame sensor
• Visually inspect heat exchanger for cracks and test for carbon monoxide
• Check that blower fan spins freely, inspect belt and inducer fan motor
• Inspect ductwork for damage and/or air leaks
• Replace air filter (if type covered by contract)
• Check thermostat and replace batteries (if batteries required)

Air Conditioner

• Inspect and clean evaporator and condenser coils
• Inspect and clean condensate drain line and pan
• Inspect blower compartment and condenser fan
• Test safety float switch (if equipped)
• Check UV light (if equipped)
• Replace air filter
